StartupDelta wants action plan for business startups

Friday 17 February 2017 | 16:23 CET | News

StartupDelta has written a manifesto for the next Dutch government, highlighting eleven points to improve the business climate for startups. StartupDelta, the Dutch government’s platform to support a new eco-system for innovation, puts the Netherlands in fourth place among European countries, but wants to push the country higher. To achieve this, more must be done to attract venture capital, issuing shares as a reward, and to smoothly get visas for employees.

The platform said it should also be easier to set up businesses and to boost innovation by putting more attention on secondary and higher education.
